Responsibilities

  • Charm customers through phone and email magic.
  • Help customers out, come up with smart ideas, and make them smile.
  • Be a lead generating legend for both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Rock around 20 phone calls a day while hitting your daily and monthly targets.
  • Handle inbound leads, sell our cool products, and spread the word about us.
  • Get cozy with sales tools like Navigator and Showpad.
  • Jot down all the juicy details in our fancy CRM tools.

Technologies / Skills

  • A degree and/or 2 years of sales, customer service
  • Native language skills in one of these languages: English, German, Arabic, Dutch, French, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, or Swedish.
  • English skills that could rival Shakespeare.
  • The art of managing customer relationships, plus bonus points for inbound/outbound call magic.
  • A team spirit that could power a spaceship.
  • MS Office and Outlook mastery.
  • Social media lead generation tricks at your fingertips.
