Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review functional and technical analysis documents and other technical deliverables.
  • Support presales activities, participates in solution design preparation.
  • Estimate the development effort by requirements and projects.
  • Design, develop, test and document technical solutions based on the Salesforce platform.
  • Design & develop Salesforce integrations with other legacy systems and services.
  • Lead the development team and identify skills gaps / development opportunities to ensure the team is adaptive, flexible and has appropriate and current skills to deliver projects.
  • As a line manager organize 1:1 meetings with team members.
  • Create and maintain development and CI/CD methodology and deployment best practices.
  • Work in teams using various delivery methodologies – agile (SCRUM), waterfall.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce products, continuous learning.

Technologies / Skills

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Engineering or equivalent degree in relevant fields.
  • APEX, Java application development experience.
  • Experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Solid knowledge of database languages (SQL, SOQL).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM solution.
  • Experience with CI/CD technologies (Bitbucket, Jira, Bamboo, Jenkins) in an agile environment.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • People management experience.
