The client / the project

We are running a European scale transformation program. Our unit aims to engage all regional businesses in their journey to modernize and/or create a state-of-the-art commercial platform serving our customers. Commercial platforms support us to give excellent service from new potential customers to existing customers by managing their customer journey from lead-to-contract, contract-to-fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • You are going to work jointly with central and regional teams in a collaborative manner to plan, setup and deliver transformation projects according to our Digital Sales Platform roadmap.
  • You will widely use your project management and commercial platform consultancy skills.
  • You are in constant coordination with the stakeholders and report directly to the project steering committee consisting of members of the top management and group representatives.
  • You manage a large and complex project and a set of sub-projects to in the field of CRM and Billing. You manage the scope, time, quality, budget of the implementation project.
  • You work with local management, local project organization and lead internal teams and system integrators (2partners).
  • You manage the project with SAFe methodology.
  • Risk management: assessment of risks, determination of countermeasures.
  • Project tracking and monitoring.
  • You work with peers in other regions to implement international best practices into your project.
  • Management of integration issues, coordination within a project, and between affected projects and fields of expertise.
  • Management of conflicts of interest and objectives.

Technologies / Skills

  • Higher education in IT / economics / technology.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in (agile) project management – Ability to lead an XL size project.
  • Committed and driven IT delivery manager with experience particularly in large scale implementation of CRM and / or billing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of commercial IT platforms (SAP, ISU, SalesForce S&S Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP/4 HANA, SAP Engagement) from technological aspect.
  • Understanding of energy sales business preferably of more than one country.
  • Proficient in agile methods (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Strong ability to think ahead with a distinctive capability to understand complex situations and develop solutions.
  • Excellent team- and self-motivation skills.
  • Excellent command of English and one of the following languages: Polish, Czech or Romanian (C2 level). – Ability to lead international team.
  • Motivation to travel up to 1-2 days a week.
