Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for IT Stream deliverables (including multiple IT projects)
• Develop and update mid-level IT Stream (project) plan, timeline and budget in alignment with PMs and other Stream leads
• Monitor IT Stream progress and ensure that projects within IT Stream are delivered in time and within budget
• Manage IT Stream risks and issues
• Ensure that IT Stream deliverables meet quality requirements
• Manage stakeholders, ensure effective collaboration with other Stream leads, Stream sponsors, program management, vendors and key stakeholders in standing organization, handle escalations
• Report IT Stream status to high management and sponsors (including preparation to status meetings)
• Overall management of creating Target Operating Model, including IT and business teams, prepare for IT handover to standing organization
• Overall management of non-functional testing

Technologies / Skills

• Strong project management skills and knowledge (preferred methodology: waterfall / iterative)
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in IT / banking sector
• Sense of responsibility and willingness to take initiative
• Problem solving attitude
• Ability to work on multiple deliverables parallel
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian
• Outstanding presentation skills, ability to convince others
