The client / the project

Our recruitment team of six is looking for a new Jedi with a magnifying glass to find the best IT professionals. In a sea of developers, testers, business analysts, system administrators, product owners and project managers, can you pick the best?

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies for engaging passive talent across engineering role types.
  • Team up with recruiters and recruiting leaders to help figure out how to improve our sourcing strategy.
  • Strategize on building pipelines of qualified candidates from a variety of sources.
  • Build a deep understanding of United Consult’s business and culture in order to provide strategic thought partnership to teams that you support.
  • You will be responsible to do end-to-end recruitment on different IT positions.
  • Provide recruitment activity on social media platforms to engage IT talents.
  • Participate in professional events representing United Consult.

Technologies / Skills

  • 1-2 years of technical recruiter experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring all stakeholders are kept well informed of the process.
  • Good verbal and written communication in English.
