The client / the project

Responsibilities

  • Building relationship with customers through different channels (e.g. phone, email)
  • Fulfill customers’ requests, providing the necessary support and proposals in cooperation with teams
  • Identifying sales opportunities and generating leads with B2B and B2C customers
  • Overtaking around 20 phone calls daily, achieving the daily and monthly target
  • Handling mainly inbound opportunities with an appropriate sales vein and promoting the company’s products and services
  • Daily usage of Sales tools, like Navigator, Showpad or High Velocity Sales Tool
  • Registering all the necessary information, interactions in CRM tools

Technologies / Skills

  • Bachelors Degree and/or at least 2 years of previous inside sales, customer service, account payable or commercial experience
  • Native language knowledge in one of these languages: English, German, Arabic, Dutch, French, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish
  • Expert level English language knowledge
  • Sales orientated mindset, excellent customer service approach
  • Customer relationship management, project planning skills and inbound/outbound call experience
  • Teamplayer mentality
  • Experienced user of MS Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of lead generation in social media
