The client / the project

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant has the responsibility to support the marketing automation operations of our clients in their continuously evolving Salesforce environment. In this role, problem-solving frequently requires analysis of complex issues/problems and collaboration with the various client business units, marketers, and developers engaging with the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning and execution of new marketing automation campaigns.
  • Build and execute email and mobile communications within Salesforce platforms including audience lists, data extensions, email sends, automation, push notifications, and testing.
  • Write and maintain documentation to describe procedures, workflows logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
  • Support end-users in the day-to-day operations, provide application users with technical support where needed.
  • Work closely with customers and developers to create, maintain, and monitor timely and accurate data flow and process integration between our client’s Salesforce CRM systems and the email marketing automation systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure all technical and operational needs are met.

Technologies / Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with Journey Builder, Content Builder, Marketing Cloud Connector.
  • Experience working with complex files and tables.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL.
  • Positive customer-centric attitude.
  • Analytical and strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think creatively and with attention to detail.
  • Good command of English.
