The client / the project

The System Administrator is responsible for all levels of Salesforce administration, including configuration, customization, user training and supporting all partner users. In addition, the System Administrator will be assigned special projects related to sales operations. This role will be also supporting migration projects later on. We continuously train our experts to source our customers with the best quality experts during the implementation of the system and business processes.


  • Day to day administration of Salesforce
  • Perform data loading and merging / processing of duplicate records The responsibilities of CRM Administrator are broken up into two sections: Administration and User Training.
  • Developing and maintaining datas of contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports and any other customization.
  • Maintain user roles and profiles
  • Create and maintain flows, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules
  • Assist in analyzing current sales processes and suggest improvements
  • Identify Salesforce usage problems and craft technical /communication plans to remedy
  • Continuously improve user’s Salesforce experience; focusing on speed, efficiency and shortening the sales cycle
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues and tickets with
  • Train new and existing end users on the Salesforce CRM
  • Present and inform on any new Salesforce functionality that lowers the sales cycle and improves efficiency of end users

Technologies / Skills

  • 2+ years of Salesforce related work or project experience
  • Strong Salesforce process builder and Lightning flow knowledge
  • Experience in MS Excel
  • Good listener and strong collaborator with internal and external partners
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolve with the changing needs of the business
  • Experience in change management and understanding the importance of ensuring user adoption
  • Good writing, presentation, communication and organization skills
  • Strong analytic thinking, problem solving skills & attention to details
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Good to have skills:
  • Experience related migration projects
  • Good knowledge Relational Databases and SQL
  • Ability to code and script is a plus
  • Salesforce data sharing and visibility
