Responsibilities

  • Taking part in the operation of Salesforce Service Cloud based services
  • User management
  • Handling of ITSM tickets submitted by business users
  • Resolving Incidents
  • Fulfill BAU service requests
  • Take care about Salesforce org health
  • Maintain/update regularly the certificates needed for proper operation of Experience Cloud Sites and SSO
  • Analyzing business requirements (in cooperation with CRM PO)
  • Creating/documenting solution design
  • Delivering the SFSC part of the implementation
  • Test the implemented solution on functional level
  • Deploy configuration changes from DEV environment to higher environments like TEST or UAT and finally to PROD, following the rules of the official DevOps/CICD process
  • Perform QA activities by reviewing the SFSC related part of the implementation delivered by the 3rd party system integrator
  • Check how design documentation covers business requirements defined in user stories
  • Participate in ad-hoc discussions touching SFSC related settings or entities

  • Salesforce Admin experience, Apex/LWC knowledge
  • Salesforce platform/Service Cloud experience
  • GIT knowledge
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • SQL knowldedge
  • Salesforce Loyalty Management
  • Salesforce metadata types knowledge
