We are looking for you if you're the person who thrives being responsible for support and operation services and processes, leading with empathy and a customer-first mindset, and who is passionate about guiding and mentoring service teams to excellence, then we have the perfect role for you.

As the Service Manager for Big Data Support and Operations, you will be responsible for managing services with dedicated team that provides top-tier technical support to our major clients. With our expertise in data related services, you will guide the team who is responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and streamlining operational processes.


  • Direct and mentor a dynamic support and operations team.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identifying and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Act as a key escalation point for intricate technical issues in big data, data engineering, and platform engineering.
  • Collaborate across departments for seamless service delivery.

Technologies / Skills

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in technical support with leadership experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to empathize and connect with team members and customers.
  • A customer-centric mindset and dedication to enhancing user experience.
  • Right attitude, enthusiasm and focusing on good human relations.
