The client/project
We are looking to expand our UC team with an experienced Change Management expert who has a proven track record in enterprise-level transformations, understands the full scope of change management, and is capable of formulating strategic messages, approaches, and narratives.
In the coming period, several interconnected organizational and operational changes will take place, for which we need a professional who can synthesize the change content, provide professional guidance, and deliver clear, actionable input to the marketing team. In addition, you would work closely with the internal Change Champion, HR Business Partners, and the program team.
Responsibilities
- Developing strategic change management content: defining messages, narratives, communication approaches, stakeholder pathways, and intervention points
- Supporting organizational integration and transformation processes and coordinating their practical implementation in close collaboration with leaders and HR Business Partners
- Providing content support for marketing and internal communications: determining what, why, and how to communicate; conveying key messages to the marketing team
- Conducting stakeholder analyses and feedback loops: identifying and systematically addressing uncertainties, points of resistance, and organizational reactions
- Providing professional support for Change Governance: compiling the content of decision-making documents, status reports, and action plans.
Required skills/technologies used
- You have several years of corporate-level transformation experience and have worked on complex change programs involving multiple teams
- You’ve played a role in organizational integration, mergers, or operational model changes
- You’re able to think strategically and articulate the substance of change clearly and comprehensibly
- You work in a structured manner, understand complex interrelationships, and have no trouble keeping track of details
- You are proactive: you identify risks in a timely manner and offer recommendations
- You collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
- You are confident in your verbal and written communication in both Hungarian and English
- You are proficient in using Microsoft 365 tools (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Forms).
