The client/project
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and analyze business requirements and needs related to systems and business processes.
- Organize and facilitate discussions between business and IT stakeholders to clarify and align requirements.
- Prepare business and functional requirements specifications and document business processes, including BPMN process diagrams.
- Monitor the IT development lifecycle and coordinate activities and timelines during the solution design phase.
- Prepare and validate documentation in accordance with internal policies and standards, including design, development, testing, and training materials.
- Prepare and validate effort estimates and cost-benefit analyses.
- Support the acceptance and implementation of completed software solutions, including integration and functional testing.
- Coordinate business-side testing and support user training activities.
- Maintain close communication with business stakeholders, internal and external developers, testers, and IT vendor management.
- Provide support throughout the development process and after software deployment and go-live.
Required skills/technologies used
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT or digital environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Experience in business process analysis and documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working closely with both business and IT teams.
- A structured, detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple activities in parallel.
- Experience with software development and testing processes.
Advantages
