Creating new business opportunities

• Identifying potential enterprise clients and decision-makers in our focus industries (pharmaceuticals, energy and utilities, telecommunications, iGaming, aviation and logistics, and the public sector).
• Build new client relationships independently and secure initial meetings.
• Drive proactive outreach through your own network, LinkedIn, phone, email and professional networking activities.
• Engaging in co-selling with Cloudera, Databricks and Microsoft account teams and reactivate former clients.
• Build and continuously develop your own sales pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle independently, from first contact to contract signature, and handover the closed deal to the account team according to agreed processes.

Data & AI Solution Sales

• Uncover clients’ business challenges and development opportunities.
• Identify  value-creating solutions in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence,   Advanced Analytics and AI.
• Convert  business needs into concrete project opportunities.
• Map  client requirements to our five solution pillars (Optimise, Modernise,  Govern, Analytics & AI, Run) and fixed-price entry offers. Build  fixed-price projects and SLA-based services from these (Land – Expand –   Run).
• Develop  value propositions, business concepts and proposals with UC Group’s expert  teams.
• Conduct  consultative sales with business and technology decision-makers.
• Involve  additional UC Group competencies when relevant to client needs.

We are looking forsomeone who

• Has at least five years'  experience selling B2B IT services, technology solutions or complex  consulting services and can demonstrate experience of independently     acquiring new clients
• Has sold fixed-price projects  and/or SLA-based managed services and understands how these differ from capacity-based sales
• Is comfortable in the data and AI domain and understands how these technologies create business  value
• Can independently reach enterprise decision-makers and initiate business-level conversations
• Does not just respond to inbound opportunities, but actively seeks and creates them
• Confidently leads discovery meetings and can turn client problems into business opportunities
• Thinks in systems, but is also willing to perform the operational work needed to achieve results
• Communicates confidently in Hungarian and English
• Works naturally in a  transparent, measurable, CRM-driven sales environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Existing network within Hungarian or international enterprises
• Experience of selling data platforms, cloud solutions, AI, BI or analytic
• Experience of selling complex IT projects worth tens of millions of forints
• Experience of consultative or value-based selling
• Experience of contributing to complex, multi-competency client solution.
