This is a high-impact, strategic role within the MEU Flex NSSR team, tailored for professionals with deep expertise and long-term experience in client-specific tools and processes. It’s not just another project management job, it’s a chance to shape outcomes and lead with insight.

Feladatok

• Leading project management using client-specific tools and methodologies
• Overseeing financial tracking and forecasting for multiple projects
• Managing change requests and ensuring proper documentation and execution
• Delivering portfolio-level reporting to clients and account leadership
• Monitoring and reporting on SLA performance and KPIs
• Collaborating with international stakeholders across business and delivery teams
• Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting.

Szükséges ismeretek/ Használt technológiák

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, ideally in a global or client-specific environment
• Proven expertise in client-specific tools and processes
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Solid experience in financial project oversight (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
• Ability to work independently and drive strategic outcomes
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Előny

• Experience with SLA management and performance tracking
• Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, Prosci)
• Background in shared services or global client delivery
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
