Feladatok

• Work with customers across the EMEA region.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams (Account Managers and Solutions Engineers) to develop strong customer relationships and support business growth.
• Define, scope, and sell professional services offerings.
• Prepare Statements of Work or Change Orders for review by legal and operations teams.
• Lead services engagements as the single point of contact, coach customer project managers, and manage engagement budgets.
• Plan and forecast resourcing needs, coordinating with the resourcing function to assign appropriately skilled resources.
• Implement suitable project governance, ensuring alignment of tasks and activities with customer expectations.
• Act as a conduit between customers and internal teams such as Support and Engineering.

Szükséges ismeretek/ Használt technológiák

• Proven experience in leading, scoping, and delivering data-related consulting projects.
• Strong customer relationship management experience, including escalation handling and participation in executive steering meetings.
• Solid foundational knowledge of the IT domain.
• Excellent understanding of software implementation and project/program management methodologies.
• Self-starter mindset with collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English.
• Business competence in English and at least one additional major European language (preferably German).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
• Willingness to travel up to 10–20% as needed.
