Feladatok

• As a developer, write code (predominantly Java, supported by Linux shell scripting) that meets quality standards and delivers desired functionality
• Create / update documentation and tests (manual and automated) in relation to code written / updated
• Breaking down problems, clarify requirements and estimate time for development tasks
• Develop and deliver his on duties with proper quality, write maintainable and clean code
• Code reviews, define interfaces between code modules and apply existing technology to designs
• Stand for the importance of testing, improving quality through auto-testing, write unit test or high-level test
• Research and POC creation for integration and demonstrating technical feasibility
• Ensuring documentation integrity and quality for the program area
• Interact with other development teams in a global context

Szükséges ismeretek/ Használt technológiák

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• Strong experience in software development and tool/service development (2-3 years of relevant work experience)
• Good knowledge of Linux system
• Good knowledge of source code and artifact repositories (Git, GitHub, Nexus and/or similar tools)
• Experience in Java language and experience / openness to use others like Python, Go
• Skilled in writing code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
• Experience in breaking down problems and documenting problem statements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Előny

• Cloud experience is a plus (AWS, Azure, GCP…)
• Familiar with containerization and Kubernetes is a plus
