• Own and maintain the integrated technical delivery roadmap across all streams (multi-release integration view).
• Define and enforce cross-system sequencing constraints to ensure feasible integration.
• Align stream-level delivery plans with integration readiness and cross-system dependencies.
• Identify structural integration gaps and risks early in the delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain and govern the cross-system technical dependency map.
• Ensure interface contracts are defined, agreed, version-controlled, and aligned across systems.
• Govern integration milestone sequencing and monitor adherence.
• Detect and escalate cross-stream technical conflicts impacting integration feasibility.
• Define and enforce early integration checkpoints within the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure early and continuous interface validation (not limited to end-phase testing).
• Monitor and manage integration risk exposure per release.
• Escalate structural technical risks when integration viability is compromised.
• Coordinate resolution of cross-system misalignment in collaboration with the Lead Architect and delivery leads.
• Provide integration readiness input into release decision processes.
• Validate cross-system compatibility prior to go-live.
• Monitor post-release integration stability and ensure transparency of integration-related risks.

• 7+ years of experience in system integration, large-scale IT program delivery, or complex multi-system environments.
• Proven experience managing cross-system dependencies in enterprise landscapes.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns (API-based, event-driven, batch, middleware-based).
• Experience with interface contract governance and version control practices.
• Solid knowledge of release management and integration lifecycle management.
• Experience in early integration validation approaches (e.g., contract testing, SIT, E2E integration testing).
• Ability to interpret architectural designs and translate them into executable integration sequencing.
• Strong risk identification and escalation capability.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Ability to operate effectively without formal authority across multiple delivery streams.
• Structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability.
