Machine learning and the application of artificial intelligence should soon become fundamental tasks in all industries. Einstein is built into every Salesforce product without the intervention of a cloud technology leader, a data modeling team that simplifies the big challenge for companies. By further improving the Customer Success Platform, AI will analyze the ever-expanding data and make increasingly reliable predictions and suggestions from it. For example, Salesforce will be able to create a customer-specific response to a problem case based on Salesforce data, emails, calendar information, and social media posts, all you have to do is enable the response. Marketing Cloud or Commerce Cloud will send personalized offers to the customer, just as the task of salespeople is transformed: meetings are organized by Einstein, human resources have to cope with the really interesting tasks: that is, dealing with the customer.

Salesforce adapts flawlessly to the needs of an accelerated world, renewing their system with three updates a year, and the latest version really fulfills the modern user interface, Lightning. Of course, the current exterior also hides new functions, the salesperson can get a lot of information already on the main page, without having to search for his next tasks. Assistant, as the name implies, helps the salesperson throughout his work: reminds him of what has been missed, warns about his new tasks. As a chart shows your effectiveness in a given completion period, as well as making a forecast if you do your job in a similar way, whether you will reach your quota. In addition, in the US market, Account Insights constantly provides the user with up-to-date news about the customers assigned to it, so that they know firsthand when there are big changes in the world.
Already from the beginning, the Californian cloud giant has been making its platforms in a completely different way, in time they have noticed a change in customers, a more conscious investment. It is for this reason that the processes of the system are organized through a common path, putting the customer first. They guide the customer through the marketing, sales and customer management lifecycle in a personalized way, but with full awareness. At the same time, the other side is at least as enjoyable a journey, as the system's constant suggestions, reports and even forward-looking forecasts lead the marketer or even the salesperson by the hand in the direction of the company's development.
