About the client/project

Do you love turning conversations into opportunities? We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us connect with new clients and grow our IT solutions business. In this role, you’ll combine your communication skills with the latest sales tools to create meaningful business relationships and drive results.

Tasks

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and engage potential clients.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads while working closely with the Sales team.
  • Work with hot inbound leads from our marketing campaigns (webinars, events, LinkedIn, PPC, you name it).
  • Take part in smart outbound outreach – we’ll equip you with training, sales content, and a strong presales team by your side.
  • Understand customer needs, research market trends, and keep an eye on competitors.
  • Build, maintain, and update a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Present and promote our full product portfolio to both new and existing clients.

Necessary knowledge/technologies used

  • Experience in IT sales or lead generation? Great – but if you’re passionate and quick to learn, we’d still love to hear from you.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to research markets and customer needs.
  • You’re proactive, curious, and driven to hit (and beat) targets.
