About the client/project

Tasks

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation projects in HCM modules (Organization, Personnel, Payroll, Time, Recruitment).
  • Provide expertise and guidance on migration projects to S/4 HANA.
  • Act as solution architect, ensuring alignment of system design with business requirements.
  • Support integration with SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, LMS) and SmartRecruiters (Recruiting).
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with external AMS providers and internal business teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Share strong knowledge of local HR processes, especially in Germany, Mexico, Brazil, and Czech Republic.
  • Provide leadership and communication support across project teams and business units.

Necessary knowledge/technologies used

  • Higher education, preferably in IT, HR, or related field.
  • 15+ years of professional experience in HCM modules as Senior Consultant / Solution Architect.
  • Proven track record with at least 5 full-cycle (E2E) implementations.
  • Hands-on experience in migration projects to S/4 HANA.
  • In-depth understanding of SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, LMS) and SmartRecruiters (Recruiting).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes in DE, MX, BR, and CZ.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage service providers and coordinate with international business stakeholders.
