About the client/project
Tasks
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation projects in HCM modules (Organization, Personnel, Payroll, Time, Recruitment).
- Provide expertise and guidance on migration projects to S/4 HANA.
- Act as solution architect, ensuring alignment of system design with business requirements.
- Support integration with SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, LMS) and SmartRecruiters (Recruiting).
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and design tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with external AMS providers and internal business teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share strong knowledge of local HR processes, especially in Germany, Mexico, Brazil, and Czech Republic.
- Provide leadership and communication support across project teams and business units.
Necessary knowledge/technologies used
- Higher education, preferably in IT, HR, or related field.
- 15+ years of professional experience in HCM modules as Senior Consultant / Solution Architect.
- Proven track record with at least 5 full-cycle (E2E) implementations.
- Hands-on experience in migration projects to S/4 HANA.
- In-depth understanding of SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Onboarding, LMS) and SmartRecruiters (Recruiting).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes in DE, MX, BR, and CZ.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage service providers and coordinate with international business stakeholders.
