About the client/project
We’re looking for a Test Coordinator who sees the bigger picture, navigates complexity with confidence, and isn’t afraid to challenge directions when needed. You won’t be executing tests hands‑on, but you will be the strategic mind ensuring that testing is organized, justified, and aligned with business goals.
Tasks
- Participate in planning testing activities across projects and tribes
- Contribute to the creation of test strategies and test plans
- Support the assessment of testing risks and mitigation approaches
- Assist in test resource planning and allocation
- Help define test schedules and test types
- Coordinate the execution of testing activities end‑to‑end
- Prepare clear and structured testing reports for stakeholders
- Oversee defect management throughout the testing lifecycle
Necessary knowledge/technologies used
- University degree in IT and/or Economics
- Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business‑oriented mindset with the ability to argue and influence
- Solid analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
- Curiosity and openness to continuous learning
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Understanding of testing processes and test organization (without needing hands‑on execution experience)
It gives you an advantage
- Experience with Jira XRAY
- Familiarity with banking processes
- Background in Agile environments
