Business Analyst - 5274

• Lead business process discovery and requirements gathering across L1–L4 levels, aligned with the global SAP S/4HANA template framework
• Conduct and facilitate fit-gap analysis workshops with business and IT stakeholders to identify gaps, risks, and solution options
• Support global template design, including process harmonization, documentation, and governance approval cycles
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process models (BPMN preferred), and testable acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, developers, and integration teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with SAP best practices
• Coordinate and align cross-functional dependencies across finance, controlling, treasury, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and master data domains
• Support RFP and RFI activities from a functional and business analysis perspective
• Participate in solution validation activities, including test preparation, UAT planning, and execution support
• Ensure business process compliance with global standards, governance policies, and template requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and standardization across business units
• Contribute to end-to-end process design and ensure consistency across integrated SAP S/4HANA workstreams

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 4 years working with ERP systems (SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA)
• Proven experience in end-to-end business process analysis, design, and documentation
• Strong knowledge of business process modelling methodologies, preferably BPMN
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including fit-gap analysis and template-based implementations
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and structured documentation skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and actionable deliverables
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in multinational environments
• Professional proficiency in business English

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA greenfield and/or brownfield implementations
• Hands-on functional knowledge in one or more SAP modules:
  • Finance (FI – GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
  • Controlling (CO – cost objects, product costing, allocations)
  • Treasury (TRM – cash management, risk management, BCM)
  • Procurement and SAP Ariba
• Experience with financial consolidation solutions (Group Reporting or third-party tools)
• Familiarity with SAP analytics and reporting tools such as SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or SAP Datasphere
• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis
• Experience working in manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, or complex multi-entity organizations
• Experience with global template design and rollout programs
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models)
• Experience integrating SAP with Master Data Management and enterprise integration platforms
