The client/project

Responsibilities

- Plan the implementation of IT and digitalization initiatives approved as part of quarterly planning, including defining the required steps and deliverables.

- Continuously manage the delivery of specifications and developments, address related conceptual questions, and resolve any issues or blockers that arise.

- Identify relevant stakeholders and maintain active communication with both subject-matter experts and management, fostering effective collaboration and coordinating the team.

- Assign tasks, coordinate their execution, and ensure deadlines are met.

- Assess risks and develop action plans to mitigate them, involving the responsible managers in risk resolution.

- Keep the responsible manager(s) continuously informed and involve management in a timely manner when decisions are required.

- Provide continuous status updates to all relevant stakeholders

Required skills/technologies used

- Senior-level experience as an IT Delivery Manager or IT Project Manager.

- Strong learning ability and willingness to acquire new knowledge.

- Ability to work independently.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Solution-oriented mindset.

- Flexibility and adaptability.

- Infrastructure experience.

- Knowledge of the backend domain.

- Experience managing development initiatives involving a large number of interconnected systems (40+ systems).
- Experience in the financial sector.
