About the client/project
Tasks
• Build RAG based solutions that combine retrieval and generation to deliver accurate, context aware answers for Sales, Support Engineers, and Field Engineers.
• Fine tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for domain specific tasks, improving answer quality and relevance.
• Design modular, reusable AI components to streamline development and support future scalability.
• Develop and continuously refine AI prompts used by Support Engineers.
• Review and update existing prompts based on evolving market needs and product updates.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to evaluate dataset quality and readiness.
• Maintain and evolve all Data Science and GenAI solutions owned by the team.
Necessary knowledge/technologies used
• Strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals and RAG concepts.
• Knowledge of data quality dimensions (accuracy, completeness, consistency, uniqueness, timeliness).
• Experience with EDA techniques for assessing dataset health.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Software Engineering role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a GenAI focused Software Engineering or Data Science role.
• Hands on experience with at least one of: TypeScript, NodeJS, Python, NestJS, React, Next.js.
• Advanced Linux/Unix proficiency.
• Knowledge of at least one object oriented programming language.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, testing, and documentation.
• High motivation to learn new technologies and work in a rapidly evolving field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
It gives you an advantage
• Experience working with OpenWebUI.
• Experience with Knime Analytics Platform.
• Knowledge of containerization and Docker.
• Experience with CyberSecurity Vulnerability assessments.
• Background in medical imaging or familiarity with the DICOM standard.
