About the client/project

We are seeking a skilled Manual Test Engineer with solid experience in banking and payment systems, particularly in card-related domains. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of software solutions in an agile environment.

Tasks

Design and develop test cases based on business and technical requirements in collaboration with team members

Execute manual test cases and document results accurately

Identify, log, and track defects; support the resolution process and perform re-testing

Work with transaction simulators to validate payment flows and system behavior

Participate in card scheme certification and testing processes

Perform testing of internal interfaces and system integrations

Necessary knowledge/technologies used

Proven experience as a medior or senior manual tester

Strong knowledge of banking systems, especially card payment processes

Experience working in Agile or similar development methodologies

Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and execute structured test activities

Prior experience in the banking sector is required

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), as all documentation and communication are in English
