The client/project

Responsibilities

  • Analyze software and system requirements related to our IT systems.
  • Prepare and validate documentation in accordance with internal standards, including design, development, testing, operational, and training materials.
  • Prepare and validate effort estimates for IT developments.
  • Coordinate development activities and align the requirements of departments using business applications.
  • Design and support system integrations and changes to operational business IT systems.
  • Coordinate and implement ad-hoc development requests.
  • Support the acceptance and implementation of completed software solutions, including integration and functional testing.
  • Coordinate business-side testing and support user training activities.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and testers throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain communication with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, internal and external development teams, and IT vendor management.
  • Provide ongoing support following software implementation and go-live.

Required skills/technologies used

  • Proven experience as a System Analyst, Solution Designer, or Software Developer.
  • Hands-on experience designing service-based interfaces in SOA and/or microservices architectures.
  • Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of system design and architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of UML, with practical experience creating sequence, activity, and component diagrams.
  • Good theoretical and practical knowledge of database design and solid SQL skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and proactive approach.
  • Ability and motivation to keep up with new technologies and continuously develop your professional knowledge.
