The client/project
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX/UI design process for digital banking products from discovery to final UI design.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive user experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Maintain and enhance our Figma design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Work closely with Product Owners and development teams throughout the Agile product lifecycle.
Required skills/technologies used
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer for digital products.
- Strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, including design systems and component libraries.
- Ability to independently manage the complete design process.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
