About the client/project
Tasks
- Define, develop, and evolve software in a fast‑paced, agile environment using the latest technologies and infrastructure
- Collaborate in an agile squad of 5–7 engineers, contributing ideas and delivering solutions together
- Work closely with product leaders to understand requirements and vision, then translate them into actionable user stories
- Prioritize and deliver features on time and to high quality standards
- Drive process improvements that enhance development, support, and sustainability activities
- Apply modern engineering practices including SDLC, Lean/Agile/XP, CI/CD, product security, scalability, documentation, refactoring, and testing techniques
- Write clean, reliable code that meets standards and delivers the desired functionality
- Share knowledge proactively across the team, ensuring the right information reaches the right audience at the right time
- Take ownership of your work by participating in code reviews and standing behind the solutions you deliver
Necessary knowledge/technologies used
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
- Hands-on experience in Java.
- Experience in development for Linux OS.
- Scripting language knowledge, preferably Bash and/or Python.
- Experience in creating Unit Tests.
It gives you an advantage
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript, C++ or GOLang.
- Experience in Angular or React.
- Experience with software pipelines CI/CD.
- Experience with containerized and container orchestration systems such as Docker/Kubernetes.
- Experience in creating automated tests in Selenium and Playwright.
