The client/project

Responsibilities

  • Supporting banking application development projects in a Papyrus Developer role
  • Implementing business requirements using the Papyrus platform
  • Working closely with the domain System Analyst and the development team
  • Creating and maintaining documentation
  • Participating in meetings and contributing to technology and development-related decisions

Required skills/technologies used

  • Practical experience in generating AFP-standard files suitable for high-volume print processing, including indexing and log file generation
  • Knowledge of printing and postal standards (OMR codes, indexes/TLE records, domestic and international address structures, continuous form/sheet-fed printing, duplex/simplex printing)
  • Experience with high-volume personalization and customized formatting for large customer volumes within a single AFP generation process (dynamic tables, boxes, page segments, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Papyrus Designer (Document Format Definitions section, Format Group Definitions section, Data Window)
  • Knowledge of Papyrus Desktop (Project Management, Design Materials, Resource Explorer/version control/resource management)

Advantages

  • Development experience in creating customer notifications and statements
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems
  • Familiarity with document lifecycle management, including creation, storage, version control, archiving, and disposal, as well as related data protection and security regulations (e.g. GDPR)
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment, preferably in the banking sector
