The client/project
We are looking for a Product Owner for high-priority greenfield projects who has a strong delivery focus and also possesses a development background.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, maintaining, and prioritizing the KYC and Multisim backlogs
- Translating business requirements and process expectations into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Clarifying scope, decomposing tasks, and defining delivery priorities
- Collaborating with developers, architects, testers, and technical leads to prepare deliveries
- Supporting “in scope / out of scope” decisions and managing scope trade-offs
- Understanding delivered solutions at a technical level deep enough to effectively oversee implementation work
- Using Jira and Confluence on a daily basis for planning, documentation, and tracking
Required skills/technologies used
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, developer, or in a similar software delivery role
- Development background is mandatory
- Experience with agile software delivery and backlog management
- Strong experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Good understanding of API-first and microservice-based environments
- Ability to understand delivered code and conduct technical discussions with developers
- Strong business and technical mindset with solid prioritization skills
- Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Confident communication skills in both Hungarian and English
Advantages
