About the client/project

As a Solution Sales Manager, you become a key driver of United Consult’s service‑based business growth.
This is not classic account management and not traditional hunting.
Your role is to sell complex, multi‑service solutions through deep business understanding, consultative conversations, and long‑term partnerships.
You will:

  • Understand client problems at a business level
  • Combine multiple services into one coherent solution
  • Build long‑term, strategic collaborations
  • Drive growth across Big Data, Cyber Security, Salesforce, and other IT service lines
  • Win new clients through credibility, relationships, and consultative selling—not cold calling

You report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with Delivery, Recruitment, Marketing, and the Account team

Tasks

  • Sell complex, service‑based solutions across Big Data, Cyber Security, Salesforce, and IT services
  • Navigate multi‑stakeholder, multi‑problem, multi‑service sales cycles
  • Lead discovery, solution design, proposal creation, negotiation, and contracting
  • Build business‑level conversations and translate problems into structured value propositions
  • Identify new opportunities within existing clients
  • Drive cross‑sell and up‑sell
  • Increase share of wallet
  • Build long‑term, trusted partnerships
  • Open new accounts through relationships, credibility, and industry presence
  • Focus on strategic, high‑value clients—not volume‑based hunting
  • Manage the full sales cycle end‑to‑end
  • Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, finance, and marketing
  • Handle senior‑level stakeholder management (IT, business, procurement, budget owners)

Necessary knowledge/technologies used

  • 5–8+ years experience in IT services or professional services sales
  • Proven track record in complex solution selling
  • Experience with enterprise or large mid‑market clients
  • Ability to manage multi‑stakeholder, long sales cycles
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent English communication
  • Ability to communicate credibly with senior leaders (IT + business)
