Hungarian IT company steps up: United Consult becomes a group of companies

Budapest-based United Consult Zrt., has reached another milestone. The well-known player in the Hungarian IT services sector will celebrate the twenty-fifth anniversary of its foundation next year, and from January 1, 2025 it will continue to operate as a group of companies with four subsidiaries.

Over the past 25 years, United Consult Zrt. has provided successful IT projects for industries such as telecommunications, finance, healthcare IT and energy sectors with nearly 350 specialists in its ranks. The company has continuously expanded its services, making it a leading consultant in Central Europe to Salesforce, a leading provider of CRM solutions in Central Europe by 2023. It is also a key partner with Cloudera and Microsoft to provide its customers with state-of-the-art big data management, analytics and artificial intelligence solutions.

Their IT innovation businesses, such as cybersecurity, software development and testing, can work with large international companies with significant global market shares in the oil, telecom, banking and financial sectors. The dynamic development and market maturity of these professional fields will allow them to continue their activities as an independent company as a member of the group of companies from 2025.

Salesforce and Big Data will be transformed into separate private limited companies, while their incubation areas — cybersecurity, software development and testing — will operate within UC Innovation Ltd. In addition to its existing employee leasing subsidiary UC Hire Lab Kft., the group is creating three new companies, all of which are owned by United Consult Zrt.
